Story

Cano Physical Therapy is an innovative physical therapy clinic where one-on-one care is paramount. We believe that individualized care is vital for successful rehabilitation, and at Cano PT we accomplish this goal by seeing only one patient at a time. Clinical excellence, personalized care, and a balanced approach to rehabilitation are the focus. At Cano PT we will help you recover from an injury, restore your function, and return to doing the things you want to do.

My back feels brand new! I’ve been dealing with pain on my shoulders for about a year now, and most recently my right hand. After one session with Dr. Cano, I truly feel a difference, even in my posture. My shoulders feel decompressed and relaxed- its as if a weight has been lifted off! See you soon Kat!

I got tennis elbow from playing tennis. At one point, I was in pain even when not moving my arm. The family physician I went to simply told me to get a band to put on my forearm below the elbow but that didn't help. I went to see Dr. Cano soon after and within weeks, she got me back to normal. I was particular impressed with the way she patiently explained all the science behind why we were doing the exercises she prescribed. She is 100% focused on you as a patient, very personable, and she also uses technology so that I had pictures with descriptions and videos to help remind me of the exercises I needed to do at home. Even though she was not an in-network physical therapist with my healthcare insurance, I chose to go with her as rapid results was all I cared about. I highly recommend her!

Incredible experience! Dr Cano was definitely a people person. The way in which she engages with the process is emblematic of her passion for what she does. My pain has reduced significantly. Thank you!

Not to scare anyone, but I’m fairly certain that Dr. Cano is some sort of witchdoctor. I walked (barely) into her office a few weeks back with intense shoulder and back pain. The pain was so intense, I was having trouble sleeping, breathing, sitting, and for sure could not even think about going to the gym. I had been in this condition for close to 3 weeks before seeing her. 
Following our first session together, I felt immediate relief, and knew I was in good hands. After our 2nd session, I was able to breathe again, and had more range of motion. Fast forward a few weeks, and I don’t even remember what it was like to be in that crippled vulnerable state. 
Katherine utilized so many different methods of healing, massage, cupping, dry needling, exercises, scraping, she seriously does it all! The best part, is that she explains everything on a simple scientific level as she applies these healing methods.

Katherine, you are a god send, an angel, possibly a descendant of Harry Potter or some other supernatural being. THANK YOU!!!

I had been dealing with a pinched muscle in my neck extending into my back for more then 2 weeks.  Dr. Cano was able to take me on short notice, set me up with a massage and 90 minutes of physical therapy to isolate and work on my neck issue. After specific work on the area, along with exercise I could continue at home, the pain was relieved and I got back my mobility. Dr. Cano is exceptional at what she does, and takes the time to listen to her patients and help them get back on track.
