I shopped around for weeks and finally tried Subaru of Milford. I wish I'd started here first!  What a great sales team, between Mark F. and Jeff D. they made the car buying a pleasure. No pressure and attention to detail that's second to none. I'm a first time Subaru of Milford buyer but one for life. Give Mark a call, you won't be disappointed!

Vasily Popovich at Milford Subaru provided me with the best car buying experience I've had in 45 years. Prompt, courteous and always professional, Vasily offered me the car I wanted for far less than Manchester Subaru's best offer. That's after weeks of negotiating with several dealerships. He continues to help me with tech issues, months after my purchase. If you want the best possible deal, always check with Vasily Popovich before signing on the dotted line.

We decided to come in and take a test drive for my wife's new car! We had our eye on a legacy and we were met by Karl as we were coming through the front door! He was very easy going and knowledgeable! He was very low pressure and asked what we wanted in a new car and took the time to discuss the different trim levels and their different options! We decided on a legacy limited. We came to an agreement with very little back and forth! I was happy to walk away with what I felt was a good deal and trade in allowance. We of course still had the back and forth with the "manager" but that is to be expected! Everyone right down to Matt the gentleman in finance were very nice and easy to deal with! I am hoping that the service Dept is half as good as the sales dept. If so they may have a customer for a long time! Thanks again Karl!

The service dept here is great.  Always on time for appointments, service e is reliable.  Staff is knowledgeable, courteous and friendly.
