I got a used car there, the staff is helpful. The quality of my car is good and was a reasonable price, however I had to call and go there several times after I purchased the car because they messed up my financing which they ultimately fixed.

I would have loved to give this place less then one star but not an option. Do not go to this place. Save you're time and go to merchants auto. They only have so many 5 stars because they have you rate the place before leaving. These guys are scum. After my boyfriend and I picked out a car, they held it for us until we could go get it that weekend (3 days later). We showed up at 8am got everything all set and went to sign papers when they decided to tell us it was already sold. After 4 more cars with the same story that day (begging us not to leave) they through us into a civic and we finally got to leave at 8 that night. 
One of the managers (dawn)  lied on my boyfriends work history (that my boyfriend never filled out or signed.) now they are demanding the car back and reporting it as stolen even though we are not in town and it's there fault. Plus the vehicle they took from us on trade they brought back to use broken! They cracked the transmission in half and told us we had to eat it! They’ll see! Save your time and money.

This was my first real car buying experience and it left the worst impression.  This place is the reason people hate car salesman and the car buying process.  I had been in an accident totaling my car the day before and told them the situation I was in.  Once we found the car we wanted, it took 5 HOURS until we finally got to go home.  We were told by the manager that we could easily put down a deposit and sign all the papers and we would just be waiting a week to get the rest of the money (since we were waiting on insurance to tell us how much we would get for the car and thus help with the down payment).  An hour after he told us that, and us just waiting around, he came back and said corporate doesn't allow deposits anymore and they weren't sure we really wanted the car if insurance didn't pay as much as we hoped.  We told him that we DO want the car because I need a car no matter how much insurance pays.  "OHH! That's what we needed to hear."  After a few more hours and being talked down to, we finally got out of there with the intention of picking up the car the following week.  We then got a call 5 days later, the day before we were supposed to pick up the car, telling us they had tried calling us (the number they had was incorrect even though they had called us before?) but that the car is now "not safe to drive."  Funny because I test drove the car on a Friday and they said they tried calling on Monday- I drove an unsafe car?! I am thoroughly convinced that they sold the car out from under me.  They lied to me more than once and I will never go back nor recommend anyone to this place.
