A really great spot to get your sweet tooth fix! The flavors are different and interesting but they have the standard flavors for the die-hard traditional ice-cream lovers out there! The staff are really friendly! Struggle with allergic reactions to food? They have a great chart to help figure out what you can/cannot have.

Great ice cream in downtown Pittsburgh. Lots of options. The flight is a great way to try 5 different flavors at once. Only 2 tables to sit outside but places close by to wander to. Line moves quickly. Workers and customers are friendly

Gotta say I’m from Dayton ohio I’ve had many ice creams from different places every time I travel and this by far is the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted!!! I loved it!!! It even tasted like all the toppings were homemade too! Seriously the best & of you haven’t had it you gotta try it!!! Plus very fair pricing!

Went to Milk Shake Factory and there were no less than 25 people in line so we went elsewhere for ice cream and stumbled upon Millie’s. The line was much shorter so we didn’t have to wait long, and the flavors were varied. I got a waffle cone with Nutty Pistachio and Backyard S’mores and the young woman helping me put it in a cup to make it easier to eat bc I got two scoops. My friend ordered Chocolate and Peanut Butter. All flavors were delicious, the backyard s’mores has a marshmallow base with Graham crackers and chocolate bits so I was a little nervous how it would pair with pistachio but it went really well together. Since Millie’s is close to Market Square we went for a walk and ate our ice cream and listened to music, as the square was busy with people hanging out. Would definitely recommend for dessert! Also, had a variety of gluten free and vegan selections as well.

A redemption to the disappointing ice cream from somewhere else we hit up the night before. This place knocked out & satisfied our cravings. Things you should know: I. LOCATION Near Mkt Square ~ off Forbes Ave. Their purple logo makes them so easy to find. II. SERVICE Fast ~ the line didn't last long. III. QUALITY I'm all about texture when it comes to icecream and clusters. Adding toppings helped me to reach that explosion of different consistencies. IV. CAPACITY There was a small line for a Sunday evening, but nothing crazy.

This is the best ice cream you can get. Fresh homemade waffle cones a must try and a huge range of ice cream flavours. I went for 5 scoops and demolished them and went back the next day again for 2 more scoops!

Tasty ice cream  friendly staff here. Our favorite flavors were: coffee and chocolate.

EDIT: previously 3 stars mainly for the conditions of the store in Market square. The owner is interested in customers' opinions which is respectable and not granted. It seems like they are willing to change things to improve which brought me to add one star hoping they'll improve the aesthetics of the store.  I'm not a fan of Millie's ice cream in general as every flavor is almost tasteless and their sorbets have a very weird texture although they have definitely more flavor than the ice creams. This particular location is dirty and smelly and not inviting at although and I imagine it stays open because it is near market square and one of the few ice cream places downtown. The guy at counter was very nice and the exterior is pretty to look but that was that.

Ice cream was good. The dairy free Mint Chip and Brownie Batter are delicious

The best dairy free ice cream I've ever had. Not only does it taste perfect, they nailed the texture! I had to go back for round two on the same day it was so good. As if that wasnt enough, the staff couldnt be nicer. 10/10 coming back tomorrow before I leave town.  EDIT: 3 visits in 24 hours.
