We went all the way to try their famous ice cream. Good thing we’re able to grab some before their closing hours. The guy is friendly and nice. Their ice cream is so creamy and taste really good.
Sam’s in the Strip is a must stop for a delicious ice cream cone, milkshake, which you can add a cookie to, if you’d like to treat yourself all the way, or a healthier choice of many smoothies to choose from. Dave, the owner, is one of the good guys, who’s always friendly and working his hardest to provide you with a source to satisfy your craving of a well earned treat, while experiencing one of the best areas in Pittsburgh. We had a cup of the expresso with chocolate chunks/fudge swirl and a cup of the pumpkin ice cream. They both were fantastic!
We had a superman cup, ultimate Oreo waffle cone and the strawberry icecream cookie sandwich! Wow all were amazing. Sam let me get 2 different types of cookies and made the cookie icecream sandwich right there, it was soooo good!!!
Dude was touching the cookies with his bare hands before giving them to us and his water the ice cream scooper was in was filthy. Wouldn't recommend unless you trying to get sick
Fantastic stop for an afternoon in the strip. Stop for an ice cream cookie sandwich. I recommend chocolate chip cookies with oreo ice cream. But if you ask nicely they will make any combination! Cookies on display and board to show what flavors are available. Can't go wrong eating here!
The guy there was super nice and even gave my sister a discount because the whipped cream wasn’t that good that day. My gelato was very rich and delicious. The cookies are gooey and amazing.
Great ice cream and gelato, nice selection of flavors.
Don't miss the amazing taste of gelato!
I never had the flavor "Superman Ice Cream" it is the best!!!!
