Hopefully 'home made' cookies that are good but $2.50 for a single 'regular sized' cookie at unusual hours is a rip. They are good but in my mind there's such a thing as taking supply and demand over a line towards just taking people's money. I understand that people will pay based on demand, it just feels like having to pay $12.50 for 6 cookies you could make at home is a bit much. I'd say this even if it was London or NY. Just my opinion btw...

Cookie'wich with White Chocolate Macadamia one side, Chocolate Chunk the other, and vanilla ice cream was delicious. They heated the cookies so they were warm and soft. Great flavor. Friendly staff!

Cookies were all so amazing. Warm and yummy. Got a 6 pack for $10. Snickerdoodle was the best. Oatmeal raisin tasted like my mom's. Took away 1 star bc the girl at the counter was a B***h
Ordered cookie delivery to my daughter. They never arrived; they never called her to say your food is here. I called and IC said she could come and pick them up. She walked down and they told her they had nothing for her, that someone had already picked them up. Kind of embarrassing! I called and they told me they really did have them for her and they had left her a message. Insanely poorly run. Don’t recommend.
Insomnia cookies, sleeping on the job. I ordered 5 cookies and some milk for the kids. After 45 mins waiting I called the store and they told me the order was in transit. After another 45 mins, I called again and they told me they were just leaving the store. . . . ? Finally, I get an email telling me that the order was cancelled and I was going to charged. Thank you for nothing. If you're reading, just go elsewhere and save the disappointment.
When you actually get cookies they are delicious. But forget delivery, it either takes HOURS or the new low today I get a text that our order was delivered when it wasn't. And the person that answered the phone at the store said oh that's how it is... no it isn't. She asked me to wait another 10 minutes and if no delivery call back. So I wait 20 minutes, still no delivery, I call back and ask for a refund and get an attitude for doing so and no confirmation of a refund. No response to customer service online. It is a shame because the cookies are good.
The worst ice cream sundae I’ve ever had. The inept young woman behind the counter struggled to explain what a Cookie Butter Bomb sundae was, then she followed that up by struggling to make the godawful sundae, which she put the wrong topping onlast I checked Snickers isn’t cookie dough, and she finished the trifecta by struggling to ring it up. I paid close to $20 for garbage, because that’s where it ended up. Never again, this place is a dump.
