Dr. Shemesh is outstanding as a provider. He is insightful and thorough with his patients, and he will listen to you! Sometimes there is a wait to see him, but it is only to ensure that he can give his patients the allotted time they need. Worth seeing, especially if you have any difficult to treat hormonal issues. A gem among medical providers! Z

I have been going to this office for two years and by far is one of the best doctors and staff I can find in Tampa , this is by far the best approach in medicine I had in years...the treatments and supplements have provided relief to my condition. Best bed manners doctor with a true vocation to get his patients better without all the drugs. God bless Dr Shemmesh he is a gift to this community... Thanks for your dedication...

Michelle listened to me, took thorough notes and seemed to care greatly for my well-being. After reviewing my tests, she worked with me to come up with the perfect plan to get me to optimal wellness. I am very pleased with her patient and professional manner.

I have been seeing Michelle for a few years, and I think she is one of the most caring health care professionals that I've met in a long time! I look forward to my visits and always leave with a positive attitude! I'm so happy to have found Mind Body Spirit Care and Michelle!

Dr Shemesh and Michelle are amazing, they take the time to truly listen. Dr Chris for my acupuncture has been a lifesaver, supporting my body for what it needs at each individual time.
