Talked to a nurse who gave totally different information about my pass maker than any doctor has given us.  Guess we're off to ER

Staff does not wear gloves or any proper attire. They do things that are not necessary and they do not know how to give meds properly. Its pretty scary so dont trust your loved ones in their care. They yelled at patients and do not listen at all. Staff goes back on their word and keeps you longer than you need to be so thst they get more money. You get benefits for staying longer when these things should be offered regardless. They should base the length of the stay on the needs of the patient and not try to bribe you to stay. Let's be real they don't care about anyone but themselves. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL! IT'S HORRIBLE!  Please only use this place as a last resort. I wish I could give negative stars.

After a terrible experience at Riverview in Wisconsin Rapids, I went to St. Joe's. The staff was wonderful, treated me with compassion and respect, and did a great job controlling my pain as much as possible and treating the condition itself. I'll never go back to Riverview! St. Joseph's is definitely worth the hour drive.

I was amazed by the wonderful care and service I received during a very major surgery I had for cancer. The staff was just fabulous. I can't thank them enough. And thanks to Dr. Larson, I am free of cancer. Precautionary chemo and my local hospital and I'm done. Thank you everyone!

Dr Kenneth Stone is a wonderful orthopedic surgeon, and the whole staff was nice, helpful, respectful.  Physical therapists were nice, and good.  The aides run themselves silly for you and know what they're doing.  I felt so well cared for.
