Completely disappointed with the front desk receptionist named Amanda!  From the moment we walked in she had a rude demeanour and was not welcoming nor caring!  It seems she has forgotten the meaning of customer service let alone being employed with a facility whom is supposed to be there to help in one's time of need.  Our experience with her attitude has left us not wanting to ever return and will be sharing our negative experience with others in disbelief.   If you hate your job, get out of the medical field!  Amanda we were nothing but nice to you even though your lack of empathy!  Multiple negative ONE star reviews and you just contributed to another one.

if I could give no stars I would. The doctors here do not know what they are doing! I have filed a complaint with DSPS and will be contacting a lawyer.

I took my girlfriend in to the emergency room for a medical condition that her regular doctor said she should not wait on .

Spent 2 hrs in the exam room and no one showed up for the 2 hrs we were there

Called at 9am on Tuesday 7/25 for advice or an appt on an issue.  Got a call back at 10am from my doctors nurse.  She took the info and would get back to me shortly. Wednesday called them back as I received no call back.  Same thing would get back to me yet that day. Now 10am Thursday 7/27 48 hrs later I have received no phone call still! Will call someone else now.

Staff is typically very patient and caring. Only downside for me personally would be wait times in the e.r. and urgent care area just with lab results and things. I understand those things take time and specific doctors on staff to look at them. I brace myself for a good 2 hours when I go in.
