I called the emergency room twice today. The first time, the lady claimed to not hear me and hung up. The second time, I explained what happened and asked questions. This time the nurse transferred me without saying that I was getting transferred. That time, I hung up. I am going to Marshfield for my grandbaby's emergency care. Customer service representatives, portray your company's standards. Apparently, your standards are too low for my precious grandson.

Never go to the ER here... my son had a gash on his eyelid that may have needed stiches and not only did I have to ask for an ice pack after 45 minutes, even after seeing the first out of 3 nurses, and it took an hour and 45 minutes for him to be seen by an actual doctor. The ER here is pathetic and the people do not care about other people. They are just there to collect a paycheck they made that very clear.

hours in the er waiting to see a doctor is too long. I will not be going back ever. Sent me home with someone else's paperwork.

Never go there. They asre rude and the nurses harass patient family members. They one nurses lies to patient and family. I wouldn't take any of my family member revive any more service from aspirus Riverview.  Horrible place
