I initially gave 5 stars because I had a smooth low pressure buying experience. The 2008 Dodge Caliber I purchased had passed their inspection and 2 months later I find out the back breaks are completely worn and all struts are bad with a completely blown front strut. The reason this is so frustrating to me is because I trusted their inspection and although maintenance is expected on a used vehicle they put me and my young son in a very unsafe vehicle and I do not understand how this would pass any inspection.

Automaxx was such a pleasant experience. Their website allowed us to look at their inventory before going which was extremely helpful since we have a little one who doesn't like to be still for long. 
We found one that we loved, went in and was able to test drive it. Their website was accurate which made a huge difference when looking for something that fit our needs. We worked with Denny who was honest, patient,and friendly. We were able to purchase and get financed quickly with AMAZING rates and were able to trade in our old car as well. 
I will definitely use Automaxx next time we need a car. Highly recommend them.

We had a really good experience at Automaxx. We bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna. I was extremely pleased with the price as it was priced very competitively. Denny was friendly & knowledgeable. The whole process was really easy & fast. The only negative thing that we experienced was that the Sienna was supposed to have 8 seats but the 8th was not in the car & they didn’t have one on the lot. However, Denny was very nice about it & offered to give us the 8th seat out of a different van a few days later. All around great experience!

Denny was so great to work with as we worked to find the best minivan for our family, budget and needs. Our car buying process was a breeze. He knows his stuff, that's for sure and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking into buying a minivan.
