I bought my car here 4 months ago. The customer service I receive AFTER I signed the deal is really the measure of the dealership, in my opinion. 

Jason and Jake have been a dream to work with on getting my plates and taking care of questions or concerns I've had. Jason even installed new brakes himself because there was a squeak that was bothering me after a week or two--even though the brakes weren't worn out. 

I also felt like I got a great car for a fair price. 

Next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, Ultimate Auto Sales of Orem will be my first call/stop.

Jason and Jake are so great to work with! They are upfront and honest about all of the vehicles on the lot and are very proud to not sell anything that has a salvaged title. Jason went well above anything that was expected to get my son who is a college student and first time car buyer the best interest rate he could. He also never pressured us and let us spend all afternoon deciding on what car to buy. Once we made our decision he made the paperwork process so smooth and easy we were out in 40 minutes. He made sure we were happy and also followed up just to make sure everything was still great after a few days. I highly recommend them and have no doubt that I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Both Jake and Jason were a great to work with.  The had the car we had been looking for, at the right price.  Super easy to work with.  None of the crazy games that some places try and play.  I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience AGAIN with Ultimate Auto. I’ve purchased several cars from them and the owners, Jake and Jason are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I like the straight forward honesty they exude along with their fair pricing and excellent follow through.

Ultimate auto exceeds excellence in customer service. Very comfortable car purchasing experience for my lovely wife and two little boys... Jake and Jason had the fortuitous knowledge of cars to find a rare gem of a vehicle that absolutely delighted my eclectic tastes and satisfied my car-buying needs. These guys are sharp! Buy cars here!
