J.D. Byrider was founded in 1989 with an idea of how things could be done differently, in the used car business: put the customer first. We didn’t want anxiety in the showroom. Earlier this morning I dropped off my truck for service and left an unfavorable review. I have to update that now because these guys are awesome! Seriously! They go above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with automotive service department. I am really impressed and my earlier comments are totally retracted.

My wife and I were looking to get a more reliable car. We were trying to find a car that we liked. In looking around, we came across J.D. Byrider in Orem. We spoke with Chelsea and she thoroughly explained how their program works. We were able to get approved and came home with a car that we liked. It was quick and easy. Chelsea is very friendly.

Everyone here is awesome. They all answered every one of my questions and made sure I fully understood everything they were putting in front of me. Jerom was very informational and wasn't pushy at all. And Cameron was able to lower my payments as well. Thank you guys, I appreciate the realness and non pushy salesman vibe!

Chelsea Rule and Andrew Schmidt took amazing care of us. We explained our very unusual situation to them and they were able to get us into the type of vehicle we needed! They were professional and upfront about everything. They left us with no questions unanswered. They left us feeling good about our situation. We are more than comfortable with our purchase.
