We were treated so rudely. We arrived at 7:05 pm. The employee was blunt, uncaring and unprofessional. They refused to see my husband because they said it was too late despite advertising a closing time of 7:30pm with 7:15 being the latest arrival time. Never will visit this place again.

Waited an hour and never moved up in line... lunch break was about to happen conveniently within the estimated time remaining. I should have checked the reviews before heading here

If I could give this place a ZERO-I would! Terrible PA on staff with ZERO people skills. Don't waste your time going here! Find another place- any kind of care will be better than this PA.

If there was an ability to put zero stars I would. Signed in at 3/16/17 5:05 pm had one person being looked at and one ahead of us. 5:35 pm started with person ahead of us. Finished with them at 6:03 pm. NP Wanet Starks told us I will be with you in a minute. Apparently filling out paperwork and making us wait another 26 minutes is her priority. I knocked on the door and said we are leaving. She said she would be right with us when she finishes some paper work. 1 1/2 hours waiting and we left. Could not take it anymore. Horrible!!! They should change the name from Minute Clinic to Sit and wait Clinic.
