I had a 2:00 appointment time. I arrived 5 minutes early. As I sit here writing this review at 2:45, I am still sitting in the waiting room. People that arrived after me have been taken back. Clearly they need to work on their time management skills. I understand taking time with your patients but this is beyond ridiculous. I will NOT be coming back.

I just had my first visit a couple of days ago and I was happy with the service I was given. They were very thorough and answered all of the many questions I had and even suggested some things I may want to do later on. I also love their app that they have where I can request refills, send a message to my doctor and many other things that I have never had at any other office I have been to. I am here to stay to have Wake Med primary Care to take care of all my healthcare needs. YOU GUYS ROCK!

UPDATE 2/7/18

The lab technician sent my wife’s labwork to the wrong lab (out-of-network) and we are being billed much more than the in-network lab it was supposed to be sent too. Incompetent people work at this place, I am sorry to say. They are supposed to send labwork to wakemed but did not. See the pic I posted of the sign at the reception desk.

And we still have not received a return phone call from the office manager from the issue from a year ago, just a impersonal response via Google Reviews.

I understand the lab tech is no longer working there, perhaps an improvement to this practice.

NOTE TO OFFICE MANAGER:  CALL ME PLEASE

PRIOR REVIEW
I was just told today that Dr. Kessler is not accepting any new patients for my wife. We called the Manager of the practice to express our disappointment, we were hastily put thru to her voicemail where we left a message to call back. 6 months later and still not a peep. Also, I dropped off a Kidney stone to the lab for analysis that Dr Kessler ordered (Im a patient of hers). 

RUDE LAB TECH

The lab tech was rude when she asked what was being tested. I went to hand her my stone, which was in a clean zip lock bag, she ignored me handing it to her then rudely told me to set it on the table. None of the staff had any idea how to collect and process what I had neatly given them. Dr Kessler, please train your Manager and Staff to take care of your patients. :/ With all of that said, Dr Kessler is a great Doctor, their office staff needs some straightening up though.

Can't keep there appointment times.  I waited 1 hour with me son then I had to fast and waited an 1 hour to get in. And now I had to wait again after my appointment time.

I had an appointment at 10:45am. I showed up about 20 minutes early. Here it is 11:20 and I still haven't been seen yet. If I was 30 minutes late for my appointment they would have turned me away.
