The phlebotomist was skilled (no pain) and personable. She was punctual (I had an appointment). The facility was new and clean. The results were delivered to my doctor out-of-state and I found them via the Internet with links to explanations. My years of experience with other locations of Quest has been similarly excellent.

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm because that was the last scheduled slot before closing at 5. I arrived at 4:47pm today to be turned away when they aren't supposed to close till 5. Poor customer service! I am guilty with being late, but rushed to get there after work myself.

I went in to take my drug test for work, and it was 5 mins until 12. The lady said she couldn't see me, and I had to come back at 2. It wasn't even 12 yet. She was rude, kept saying it's on the door. They need to fix their website because it said 8-12 and 2-4.
