I would never recommend this office. After being prescribed medication and running out on a Friday - They did not return my pharmacy request, they did not return my call and going on day 5 of no medication now say I need to see one of their doctors again to get my refill. They failed to mention they no longer took my insurance. I was billed out of pocket. 
Took a test they said would be $20 then got billed $300 for it. They were not willing to give me an emergency refill so I could get through the weekend.  This is a medication that has serious side effects when not taken daily. Disgusted is an understatement. This is the Fuquay Varina office. Zero compassion, zero empathy. Almost to the point of being rude.

I've been to many doctors and psychiatrists and never had issues seeing them but here I felt more judged by the pa then my entire highschool experience, she made me feel more uncomfortable and judged and didn't even allow me to discuss the major traumatic events and just kept asking about my childhood. The female PA they had see me then nearly refused treatment after she heard me mention money issues there were no more questions about my mental state or traumatic experiences after that so she had no idea I had nearly been sold into a sex slave trade and raped multiple times but she knows I was great when I was 5 years old. 
Really I would only send an adolescent here if you want them to kill themselves that was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.

I am so grateful I was referred to Fayetteville Pychiatry Fuquay.My front desk girls and my psychiatrist Mrs.Beitzel are amazing.You really couldn't ask for a better enviorment.These women genuinely care about their patients.I highly recommend this establishment.
