A paradise! There are great hiking trails clearly marked within the property. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason to leave the resort during your stay. Everything you need or want has been anticipated. They literally have it down to a science. The smoothie bar was such a surprise. Mona kept busy but always with a smile. The green smoothie was my favorite. Cocktail hour was really a cocktail hour with a FULL BAR!  Breakfast and lunch were buffet style,  however,  dinner was fine dining. The SPA was our second home! The quiet room was huge!  The Mirival  has thought of everything!

Amazing experience a los of activities to get involved in from meditation to challenge games. Food is amazing my favorite the all greens smoothie, lemon ice cream, octopus for dinner. The majority of the employees are professional and with nice attitude. The spa services are good even though the receptionist made a mistake with the appointment of my mom and she explain 3 times to her. The best no cell phone policy!

Miraval was instrumental in giving me room to breath and focus on myself. I had just retired after 25 years of working as a police officer. Miraval gave me the place to rest and do some recuperation work on myself. I saw LORI who worked with me on letting go of the negativity that I did not want as a part of my life going forward. She worked wonders with the Tibetan singing bowls. Thank you LORI!!! You have the gift of healing. Please if you are looking to mend and do self focusing work or just relax with no stress on what you need to cook or plan or how to get there from the airport this is the place to go. I cannot thank Miraval enough for their care and support.

Wonderfully relaxing stay with an incredibly welcoming staff. You can make your stay as active or relaxing as you want. Food is plentiful and delicious!

Love this place. Best miracle working body workers in the spa universe.  Change your life, come to this place. Great food, spirit, vibe , people, setting, transformative. Not cheap, worth every penny. You will find a way to come back. I want to live there.
