Busy corporate AT&T store in Dogwood Festival Market in Flowood. Wait times can be excessive and sometimes it's just better to call customer service as the reps are able to assist with some issues in a limited capacity.

When you try to do anything in here, make sure you make a reservation. You will wait for a long long time, no matter what are you gonna do!

We made a reservation and got served much more quickly that way. We went in for information mostly, not expecting to be able actually to switch plans. However, the associate took perfect care of us and got us all the way to new plans and new phone for my wife. We had several hitches and the associate was very patients and helpful.
