First I try not to be trump as mush as I can in this review.
I can see how much mister do a lot to provide good quality service this not only includes the wash service, but a nice waiting area with many compliments, however, interior wash policies are not clear for me I read everything in their website but I couldn't find an answer to my questions, now as you can see I took my car to different mister branches that have interior and exterior cleaning and non of them clean a clear dirt in my door.

The other thing state like Minnesota with extreme cold weather all windows in front windshield could catch fog and easily get iced if you use ordinary glasses cleaner.

I would strongly recommend that mister management consider using special glasses cleaning chemicals for states like Minnesota. That would reduce the danger of bad vision caused by more moisture materials.

VERY Inconsistent / Not sure why, but some staff do a great job while others forget completely to give you the service you paid for on the interior. TRAIN the new employees better. I am guessing some of them do not have a driver's license (the young women, or perhaps they would understand.) Also, my receipt was taken. They are cranking out a lot of cars and making a lot of money. I expect to get at least what I paid for.

Everything was going great, from the friendly ladies taking the wash orders, to the guys doing the initial hand drying.  It fell apart at the inside detailing station where one guy dragged dirty water into the back seat (I had to ask them to reclean the area), and then noticed on the way home that my mat had not been washed.  I paid extra for that too.
