I Went here at 1:50 pm today 3-12-18 (picture below) with a sub compact SUV. I had the floor boards with trash on them, I paid about $30.00 with Rain-X the cleaned up the driver side front and washed it well, but they did not clean the trash off the front floor boards or back floor boards. I normally do not come with a car this messy however, It I did not have time to clean out all the trash. As I pulled up in the bay, I told the first attendant that everything in the way back hatchback was fine, no need to touch it or vacuum that area. He said okay. Upon getting back in my car after one guy kinda picked up the trash out of the back driver side floor boards, they called me to my car ( while they were still wiping the car off while I waited in the back of the car while another guy finished wiping the car down.) i immediately notice the front seat floor board was still messy (picture below). I had to go back home to check on my handicap Grandmother who can not walk, at this time i notice the back floor boards passenger side was not touched. Which means the passenger front and back floor boards were not vacuum either. After I  got home I took photos checked on my handicap Grandmother and had to come back and talk to a manager. After a short wait and talk to an assistant manager I asked for them to vacuum the floors, since I cleaned the trash out when I got home, and a refund. The manager did a fine job handling the situation, but was not willing to give a refund. I took the vacuum job since I did not have a lot of time to argue. Because they said they are not allowed to go through the things on the floor, but I told them throw it all. He replied well we do not know what kind of person you are, there could be needles or sharp objects on the floor. My thought was what strung out drug addict is going to spend $30.00 on a car was versus other things like their drugs. I think it is super rare to find needles in your car floor, because the people are too nervous to get caught. Other option would be wear glove, just saying.  The second final result was fine. But between the cost of keeping a repeat customer and a one time refund the cost is really obvious. Between the amount they pay for labor which is not that much ( my guess is between $9.00-$12.00/Hr). The cost of water and soap is very small, and Rain-X is well over priced, but saves the time off applying it yourself. The only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the assistant manager had a good attitude, but should have offers a full or half refund, plus they attempted to fix the issue. I know they see worse messy cars then the one i brought in.

Very good full service car wash with competitive to great prices (great if you go on a week day between 8 - 10am).

I usually get the hot wax wash, which costs a bit more but it’s very, very clean and shines brilliantly when done.  Yes, they vacuum and clean the door jambs but they will also clean the dash, inside of the windows and will put on some tire dressing.  Cars look way better with clean wheels and tire dressing, just like a shine on your shoes when you wear your good suit.

When you bring your vehicle to Perfect 10 wash it will be cleaned really well and be standing tall when you leave. And, you may have a smile too. Who doesn’t smile when their car is super clean and shining?

What a waste of time and money! Just had my wash done, spent $34 and change and it's horrible! Could have done better at the gas station. $1 could have vacuumed my car 10X better. $7 could have washed it better. What a joke if I could upload pictures I'd show there top wash. Save your money and time just go to the gas station and do it yourself.

I've used Perfect 10 various times over the years. The staff works diligently and are typically polite and respectful. These guys efficiently attend to each car... They definitely have it down to a smoothe routine. Very professional. Well done, guys.

Why not five stars? Little stuff, really. In the pressure to keep those cars moving a spot may be missed. There are two options: get your car washed on a slow day when the guys can be more thorough OR the employees rediscover/ramp up personal pride in their work. 

I wish for one of the cars that has a "memory" for seat positions. I usually end up readjusting seat position and mirrors after a wash. First world problem.

I'll be back Perfect 10!

Great Service and friendly staff! What more can I say everything was just perfect as it is. I like their full service inside and out cleaning  and happy hour car wash. I usually  come back here at least once a week for my car to be cleaned. My husband said i should just buy the unlimited plan. like he does.....Excellent service as always!
