Moes is my favorite and my boyfriend and I go all the time. We were in the area a few months ago and decided to try this location and it was awful! I was in the area today and decides to give it another try. Well... DEFINITELY NEVER COMING BACK. The trays were so dirty and still wet, the floors were nasty, the cashier was rude and the lady behind the counter didn’t know what was going on at all. While I was eating, I sat by the soda machine and a lady could not figure out how to change the cartriges and she was cussing to herself while a child was a seat over from me. Also, the food made me feel very sick and I couldn’t eat it all because of how gross it was! Since the lady behind the counter didn’t know what was going on, I was standing there for about 10 minutes before I was noticed and 10 minutes after I ordered my food to even be checked out. NEVER GOING BACK AND I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

Today, I was in there and it took the staff awhile to acknowledge my presence. When a young woman finally did I told her I was beginning to think I was invisible. I told her I was vegetarian, and she said whatever is up there just say veggie. The veggie homewrecker burrito is $6.69 pretax on the sign of which I took a photo. When I got to the register it was $7.19 + tax. I questioned the cashiers AND the manager about the discrepancy in price, and they continued to say they couldn't change the price at the register. I don't believe that for one moment (other stores make changes), so I contacted corporate. It's interesting the man from corporate thought it odd that a manager could not make a change. The tables and floors were also dirty, and the staff was not super friendly. They don't even deserve one star. Watch the menu and the register to see if they match up in price.
UPDATE: Today, I went in and the district manager was there and greeted me before she knew who I was, and I appreciate that!! When I told her I was there to talk about her phone call with me, she was extremely supportive and asked what could she do to make things better. All I wanted was a refund of the difference owed, but she went above and beyond. She invited me to stay and eat lunch on her, and she refunded my total food from last week. Also, she thanked me at least 4 times for coming in, as she said she wants customers to be happy and come back. Finally, I found this store to be a lot cleaner than the last time.

Staff was grumpy and lounging around behind the counter, no greeting or pleasantries. Every booth and table including the salsa station had food on it and hadn't been wiped. The floors has food and debris on them. Both the men's and women's restrooms were awful with the trash overflowing all over the floor. Will be going to the Lynnhaven Pkwy. Moes instead. This one is downright gross now.

Terrible customer service!! The manager Lori was rude! And took no responsibility for her staffs mistake! Certainly won’t be back & I love Moe’s. 😡

I work at a different location and from what a was taught and what I saw were two different things. All of the food was either dried out or no stocked. The place was a wreck and the lady's had attitudes. The girl in front of me didn't know the difference between and side and I cup of queso and the lady had an attitude about it and when I went to check out she just ignored me and left and there was 2 guys who were good one was awesome ( and eventually checked me out) and the other was good but I don't believe he was trained right. If you haven't been to moes before then don't come here. And if you have then you will be disappointed . Moral of the story is don't come here.
