I have been going here for over 20+ years and I still to this day have not had a problem. There food is absolutely out of this world. Prompt and super friendly waiters. Their parking is a little crappy always has been but that would never stop me from going here. It's just a great atmosphere to dine in!

First time at this location! We sat at the bar long enough to place a to-go order. Food was great. Service was excellent (Chris).  We will definitely return when can stay a little longer!

Generally I'm a fan of Olive Garden's. I've been going to them since I was a child and they always are full of delicious food and endless salad. This last visit however was not up to their normal standard. It was lunch time so there wasn't as large a crowd as normal and you'd think that might mean better, more relaxed service. Apparently it wasn't the case this time. There were many issues such as the wrong food being brought out, over baked bread sticks, flies landing in wine, and possibly the most egregious one to any fan of the modern Italian restaurants, not putting enough cheese on the salad and soups. When asked if we wanted cheese, there was a small amount put on and then the server walked away without asking how much cheese or anything of that sort.  This was after our stating that we wanted plenty of cheese.  When asked if our checks were together or separate, we replied separate, and then have our checks brought as one.
I know it was only one visit, but between myself and my friend we both had a lot more issues than we were used to in any restaurant much less one with a reputation like Olive Garden.
The server didn't even bring Olive Garden's signature mints at the end, but by that time we had had enough and didn't even bother to mention it.

It has been a while since I've gone to Olive Garden, I can say that it is not as good as it used to be. The chicken parm had breading on it that tasted as though it was very generic. I think it has become more of an ihop for Italian, but with a fancy price and atmosphere. The service is hit or miss. On this visit we were not offered to sample wine, or anything. We were celebrating a birthday and it was not acknowledged by the waiter. I asked for a water to go with my beverage, it was never brought to the table. (It was on the check) And we never got mints at the end of our meal, since the new system has you pay at the table, he just disappeared after explaining the process.

We used the online check in and able to get in very quickly. It would've otherwise been a long wait. Our waitress was very considerate of the fact that we were short on time for a movie.
