Service and food was good. However, the waitress offered desert 5 minutes after pasta was served.  I'd barely had time to touch it!  Five minutes later,  she was there with the  bill and offering a box.  Still obviously no where near done.  Very rushed experience.   Won't be back any time soon

Bridget was our waitress, she was great! We had a large group of 15. We had many different special orders due to health requirements. Bridget was very pleasant and did an excellent job adjusting to ours needs. Thank you!!!!

We generally love to eat over here. But today particularly was a very unpleasant experience. We stepped in the restaurant with well 45 minutes before the closing time. But one of the server just frowned upon our arrival and said we just open for 45 minutes more. Without even greeting us just made even weirder face and told the other server to take us and walked off. We just stepped out feeling unwelcomed and definitely won't be coming back anytime over here

Really downhill lately im afraid.  Poor service, loooooooong wait times for food, and bad follow up from management.  I've been here 3x in 2 months. First was later at night, near closing. My food took considerably longer than promised, and parts of it or cold on delivered. I kind of wrote this off because of the timing. I came back 2 weeks later also late at night on a busy Friday. It was an hour wait till I kill some time at the mall. I returned in an hour and was told it was still a 30 minute wait. At that point it was too late to go anywhere else so I waited. I had three different waitresses over a period of about 30 minutes, my food order was wrong twice, and the quality of the food looked like it was put together in a rush. I'm not one make permanent decisions so I can chop it up to busyness. Unfortunately I was there again a week ago and had an almost identical experience. This time I ask for a manager and was told they would be refunding my already processed credit card. I have not yet seen a refund, and the two subsequent messages I've left for managers have not been returned. I'm very disappointed. Food quality is okay for the price, but the level of service is very poor and their execution also needs some serious work

Chain Italian restaurant.  Nice variety of entrees. Not spectacular, but good, reasonably priced food.  My pasta was overdone.  Dessert was good, apple pastry with ice cream.
