I've eaten at plenty of other Moes and I know what to expect. I was happy with my order, however, if you go later in the evening, expect the salsa bar to be empty and food not to be fresh. Kinda disappointing. Friendly service but you guys need to keep the salsa bar full and food fresh, no matter what the hours. Some people like to eat late at night, like me.

Despicable. Just look at the pictures of what I unwrapped. Got back to work to enjoy lunch, when i opened it to an almost end to end tear of the burrito. It was uneatable. On top of that, as the pictures show juices leaked everywhere. When i picked it up, it completely came apart, leaving a huge mess to cleanup on my lunch break. I would've taken a picture of that, but I had to clean it up on my Damn lunch break. So i paid for food I didn't get to eat. Had to go to McDonald's for something quick, because half my break I dealt with this mess. So i had to pay for extra food and rush my eating. I filled out the survey, requesting to be contacted and nothing. This was over a week ago. I hope they open a chipotle close, so you can get food you can eat. When they tear a tortilla, they'll offer to make a new one, or wrap a new tortilla around it. Unbelievable. And the manager didn't even get back to me. Terrible business. Franchise should be assessed.

I do not recommend this location. Though Moe’s is generally a great chain with quality food and excellent service, this location is not corporate owned and thus does not participate in the same promotions as all the other Moe’s in the tampa Bay Area. The staff will also be very snarky with you if you inquire about these differences.

The food quality has slipped drastically down hill. Prices are still the same which was great compared to the quality. However not now given the food quality at this store.

Queso was good but a very tiny portion. Chicken was like rubber. Too bad.
