Moe's Mo's Moe's, sorry to do this but you just can't compare to Chipotle! I just ate here again for the first time in a while and realized why I don't ever eat here. The portions were small. Probably only one half to 2/3 of what you get at Chipotle. The food was just not seasoned at all compared to Chipotle. I do understand why some people like Moe's better. You have free chips, a free salsa bar and they're not horrible. It's decent food. But all in all, in my personal opinion they just can't compare to Chipotle and other Mexican restaurants. The lack of flavor and seasoning is evident and the portions you get for the price you pay is not good at all. Sorry On the other hand, the restaurant was very clean. The design, decoration and color were on point. I loved all the advertisement and the employees were great. I have nothing against the store itself or anything else. Just comparing fast food to fast food Mexican to Mexican. They're just not in the spotlight in my heart.
Becca, Will and Holly served us. Very pleasant and accommodating. Becca was happy to package my burritos the special way I asked. I was craving for Moe's bowl and decided to have a bowl from Moe's Southwest grill. I ordered the bowl online and picked up the bowl. For the bowl i ordered chicken, rice, all the veggies and basic sauces. With the bowl i also got chips and salsa. The bowl was delicious and loved the bowl. Everything was fresh and tasty.
We will NEVER return to this location. The staff failed to mention they were out of a ton of items before ordering. After compromising the order, the food was then served COLD! The sweet tea was not even sweetened at all. And they were completely out of salsa!! If the staff would’ve mentioned that to begin with, we would’ve left immediately. Very disappointed in the service and staff here. I Will stick to my Tijuana flats and chipotle from now on.
Food was good but only after I asked for more meat. Of course I got charged extra to make it like it should have been. Tiny little scooper. Girl was new. Didn't even know what carnitas was. Person in charge was rude. No real customer service.
Love Moe's, the Carrollwood location, Great food and Great staff.....I always get my food fast and leave fullgetting the app for rewards is a must, so many deals, especially Moe's Monday
The food looked so gross, we decided to try it because we love chipotle and thought it would be similar.. the lettuce was brown the limes were dry and brown as well, the meats looks really old, the beans you could tell had been sitting all day long. I’ve never left a review In my life but I really felt the need to for this place, Will never be returning.
Came in to order food and as we were ordering we questioned the portions as for my white meat in a home wrecker bowl had 5 pieces squares of chicken. Even after the short rude response we got, we then asked for double meat in our bowls. After getting to the end my boyfriend attempted to ask a question to the cashier when the “GM” Barbara came over and made it impossible. She impolitely cut him off after every other word he attempted to say with ugly attitude on her face regarding our food. Horrible customer service, small portions that didn’t even look fresh, management that is flawed..I suggest taking your business to chipotle or somewhere else in general.
Nothing is good at this location. Poor food quality, Dull atmosphere, People don't look interested at work, Wont let us dine in though restaurants has 1 hour to close..
2 employees. 1 new girl who was very sweet and trying her best to learn and make everyone happy . 1 ignorant "" trainer "" who would do nothing but scream at the poor girl and treat everyone like they were supposed to know the procedure they run. Straight attitude was disgusting. The manager was so unprofessional.
