Our waiter was awesome, fast, efficient and engaging. We missed his name but it was table 36 at 2:20pm. Our food was great. Came out quickly and hot. The Black beans lacked a tiny bit of seasoning but overall our food was great. We filled up quick so we didn't stay long but the waiter was happy to grab us some to go plates. Thanks. The main reason for the star missing was that our cups of water didn't look very clean however our waiter quickly apologized and grabbed us some to-go cups as requested. We ordered the Chips and Dip, Fried Pickles, Chicken Fajita lunch special, and the Ranchero Chicken Tacos.

You always think you know what your getting at Chili's. I was very surprised by their bar menu item. You get a hearty sandwich well mix if peppers and meat just a touch of heat. The seasoned curly fries we so good. Crispy on the end but still springy. The bar tender Leah was super attentive working tables and the bar. All while watching Saturday afternoon sports.

I can tell you I won’t ever be back. Came on a Sunday, wasn’t too packed when we got there. There were open booths in multiple spots. The hostess wasn’t even at the front, she took about 5 minutes to walk back up to the front to seat people. We sat at the bar, and service was OK. I think the poor server was by himself taking care of the entire bar area. I don’t blame him but they need more staff. We were there an hour before we got our entrees and my chicken sandwich was even cooked through. The service lacked, the manager asked every single table around us how they were doing, but not us. We asked the server for mayo and water and never got it. Just not a great experience, and i won’t be back, ever. Go somewhere else.

So I made an online order tonight and once my husband went to park in the CURBSIDE parking area that they still have marked, he “checked in” through a Chilis notification. After he did that, another notification said that they would bring it outside. He waited so long he had to go inside to get it and there was a girl that simply took the food and said to him  that they no longer do curbside. Logically if she knew there was a customer waiting outside why the hell didn’t she simply take the food and let him know ??? I guess not, they make you wait to make you go inside. Then the “manager” said she was sorry and “see you next time”. Totally dismissing the poor customer service they were doing and my husband felt like he was getting kicked out. Horrible way to treat a customer. Do not advertise curbside pick up if you are no longer providing such service. Simple. They definitely will not see us next time.

A chicken wings hard to chew. Curly fries not very tasty. The ribs were good. I asked why do we only got four in a half a rock. There is 13 rips in a full Rock most places except Chili's. They say eight bones is a full Rock. What  do they do with the other five ribs. I spoke to the waitress about how many ribs are in a full rack she didn't even know I showed her on the internet what a standard rack of ribs look like. She had no comment and wanted to ask the manager I told her it wasn't important.

Ok most of the time.  Tonight was seated over 20 min before I asked the hostess if we had a server assigned.  When she finally came out she went to two tables who were seated after us.  When she finally got to us, service wasnt bad.  Just upset we had to wait so long....

Went on a wed night, Seated immediately. Our server was great. Food good. Spacing of people to tables was good distance. People all wore masks until they were seated. Waiter and staff wore masks at all times.

I love chilis but today I ordered an online order, I walked in and had an employee not even greet me as she was cleaning right next to me. I had to ask to be helped. However the lady that gave me my food was super nice!

Food is consistent. Gosh, the inside stinks really bad. Like old carpet at a movie theater. Servers were stressed-understaffed-but doing incredible with what they had. Outside wasnt open. Drinks were tasty.Food: 3/5

The Carrollwood location is the worst! We tried again today rather than drove to Citrus Park. They didn’t have the ancho-ranch dressing & didn’t tell us until the salad was being placed on the table. We ordered to go after eating. The wrong presto box was at our table. So my reward went to someone else. No idea who! We will not return to this location.
