I have gone to this location four times to pick up orders for Uber and they always say the machine is down, which is a lie so this time I was able to take a pic of these lazy employees at this location. I Ask for manager and store manager and was told they can’t give out the information. Which is also BS! They need new managers or store manager especially late nights.
I’m standing outside the door at 6:30 on a Saturday night 12/10 with a few other potential customers. Sign in the door says drive through only. Girl inside waving me away. Employees inside at tables with a mcDonalds bag. Time to clean house here.
I came one evening and ordered food totalling around $34. Included in the order was a Mexican Pizza request without beans. We were the only ones in line drive thru. First off the food was passed thru the window a little too quickly shows that it had been sitting around and not made fresh. Second; I live 3 minutes from this location. I quickly made it home just to find that we were given old, cold food that apparently had been sitting around . The crunchy tacos were soggy and the Mexican pizza was soggy with plenty of refried been filling I specifically requested NO BEANS. Overall the food was literally disgusting and inedible! Even though this location was close to home ; I will NEVER patronize this location again. It's not gourmet food, however I do expect it to be edible. The manager on duty cared less when I called and complained.
Order without lettuce, they put on extra lettuce and little cheese. Ask for crunchy tacos get 2 of 3 shattered in the bag. How hard is it to do remedial work anymore??Food: 1/5
This is not the 1st time. But it on a regular basis that when I go to this location they forget something. To night was 2 orders of cinnamon bons. And when you try to call this location they don't want to answer the phone. And on other occasions when call they don't want to make it right. Service needs to improve
Do not eat here. Will serve you uncooked stale food and then claim the manager is not available for your refund. It has happened three times to me in the past year. The last time being tonight! Shell's uncooked, rotting lettuce never again!
I've always recieved exactly what I order, it's always fresh and they don't hold back on the toppings. Customer service at the drive thru is always friendly.Food: 5/5

I ordered "two potato tacos, add black bean, no cheese". They gave me one1 tortilla with lettuce and cheese in it. How even. Ordered a potato taco again "Potato taco, no cheese, add black bean". Got a plane jane beef taco. They're honestly so bad at this location, I question my sanity that I even know how to order a taco. Cause I'm just baffled that someone can be this bad at putting potato in a tortilla. At this point I would HONESTLY 100% be impressed if they managed to stick an entire raw potato into a tortilla.
It’s Taco Bell, not a 4th-generation family run little bodega where they use secret family recipes. It is what it is…fast food. However, this location always has efficient service, and hot food served by folks who seem to be happy & don’t mess up your order! That’s more than enough to be recommended by anyone!
