The first time I ate here my food was kind of cold. I went home and heated it up, no big deal. Decided to eat here again a few nights ago and the inside of my tacos were warm but the shell was cold. It's as if they had just taken the shells out of the fridge before putting my food together. I shouldn't have to use a microwave to eat my food! Go to the one on Waters. I had gone there for years and the food was always hot as it should be. Went there again today and surprise! My food is still hot and delicious. Never going to this particular location again. I'll stick to Waters even tho it's farther.
Last week went Thru the drive thru around 8:30pm I spoke loud and clear and she still couldn’t hear me and got an attitude so I pulled off. Today around 4:50pm I walk in the kitchen is empty and everyone was chillin in the lobby so I left didn’t even wanna bother with there service. I wish the branch owners would know more about what’s going on
So much for the cheese being on the burrito… and of course they forgot the jalapeños. Didn’t have bags
The worst manager ever!!! I gave it 2 stars bcs the people at the window are really nice but the manager is nasty. The messed up our order and didn't give us a receipt. When i drove back to get the order completed, we had to pay bcs we didn't have a receipt!!Service: 1/5
Ordered through the app. Went to pick up the food and they told me they could not make the order. Their equipment must have been broken. No way to get my money back through the app since they marked my order “delivered “. They made no attempt to make things right either. Save yourself and stay away.
Taco Bell is what it is. My order was correct and the food was guiltily delicious. Only issue is they don’t sell chili cheese burritos..
This is one of the best Taco Bell restaurants to eat at. I'm not sure why the Google score is so low, the lunch time crew is great! Great service, food and the lobby is always clean.
Here for about an hour after ordering online, terrible customer service absolutely awful staff running this place. Do not recommend
Walk in, wait wait wait. No one acknowledged me at front counter. Started to walk out and was told to order from kiosk. Done with this place! Mgrs please IQ test future employees!
Customer service was phenomenal. Though I don't eat taco bell. My son loves it and he was super happy to be getting treated with his favorite food. The initial purpose was so he can try the wings which we had just missed by a day. But hopefully he can try the tenders they'll be releasing soon. Thank you for your great customer service and cleanliness of your store.
