Thank you Moen!! I would give you 10 stars if I could. Absolutely amazing customer support. They truly stand behind their word. Years ago my plumber convinced me to buy Moen product and I’m so glad he did. Seven years later and five faucets throughout the house I cannot be any happier with this company. Although things do occasionally break (what doesn’t these days) it’s such a breeze to deal with this them. If you don’t want headache get Moen! Few days ago my shower diverter broke. The lady on the phone bent over backwards to help me figure out what model I have since I didn’t have receipt anymore. The faucet was six years old. Once we figured out what style and model it was, she shipped new one no questions asked! It arrived today. If only every company was like Moen.., I will never buy anything else but Moen Absolutely Moen for life!

Have a Moen Kitchen faucet. The handle (set screw) was loose after having it for a few years. A quick call to customer service got me the right parts. Pick up locally next day, no charge. And staff was very friendly, competent on phone and in person.

Excellent warranty. When I called I was expecting to have to go through a rigorous process to get warranty coverage but I was only asked roughly how long ago I purchased my product and they instantly put in motion to send me the replacement part I required. The call centre staff I dealt with was super nice and was even apologetic that it would take few days to courier. I've always liked Moen products and this was the first time I needed any warranty service. Based on this experience I will always look to buy Moen above other brands.
