Jerome in the paint section is amazing. I have been dealing him for last 4 years and he is really knowledgeable. If you have a paint question, ask Jerome, you will not be disappointed. 
Visited store today on May 13, 2018 and received amazing customer service from George in the appliance department. A great great employee and individual.

I went in looking for a drill advertised on there web site and asked a employee named Jim  from the hardware department for his help. Not only did he find it for me but he took his time and explained to me  the features it had.   At no time did I feel pressured to buy. I love shopping at this store as everyone is so friendly.

Simply outstanding service. Easily the best customer service in any store I've ever been in, and consistently so.

The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and really give it their all.

Special thanks to Jim - head of hardware, he was able to give me a coup of good solutions, made sure I got everything I needed, and took the time to teach me how to completely do it myself. Truly an excellent standard in customer service.

Worst customer service reps in appliances. It took us an hour and a half to purchase a washing machine, already knowing which machine we wanted. We waited 45mins before a rep could even help us! 

There was also a discrepancy on the warranty. We lost out on saving $50 because one rep wouldn't honor another reps verbal, when we had to come back.

They honored a price match +10% as per their deal, which is why we purchased from there. 

Found out no Large appliances are kept in stock or at a warehouse. They come straight from the manufacturer and will require delivery regards. We were hoping to pick up that day, but had to wait a week for delivery.

TLDR: One star for service, and price was the only reason we purchased from there.

Staff didn't seem to know much about the gardening Centre and plants which is ok since it's not a nursery . But otherwise service inside is usually excellent.
