This is one of my go to studios in the city. Close to home, very beautiful practice space with awesome light. Very clean studio with great changing facilities. The lounge is a nice place to spend a few minutes to connect with other folks who are practicing with you. There is a group of 
 great teachers, so while it may look like only a few classes are taught, each teacher has their own style of teaching the sequences, so there is LOADS of variety, making each class unique to each teacher. Hot yoga, good for the heart...

star for the conditions and customer service of this place. They tend to oversell the space and pack people inside like sardines. It’s hard to have any distance to practice any poses, often stepping into other people’s sweat and personal space. They will give your spot away if you’re 1 minute late, even though that policy is not communicated anywhere. Seems like a very petty way to maximize on revenues. The room itself is too small for the amount of people, resulting in a foul stench of body odour. I’m not sure if this place ever gets sanitized or not. I would choose another place to practice, staff is too inexperienced and unprofessional. Not worth your time unless you’re into smelling a whole lot of downward dog.

I bought a one month intro here a while ago...very nice and clean studio with great instructors and good people. Classes vary a bit from instructor to instructor and some have music, all of which were fun. ☺ Free street parking. You'll have a positive experience here.

Moksha East Van studio was a dream to walk into. Really welcoming, kind staff, other yogis are great. Feels like a more open space than some other studios where I've practiced.

Moksha East Vancouver is an oasis from the relentless chaos which is my life. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and generally avoids offering life lessons from a book about life lessons. I leave class relaxed and toned. Also: they have live music classes with little/no talking= YES PLEASE!
