I so much appreciated my session with Yanti. In addition to some very subtle and helpful sacral-cranial work, she fixed my painful and wonky knee!! I had almost resigned myself to a knee replacement in my future, but the realignments from the sacral-cranial and deep tissue work made things right. Amazing.

Yanti of Zen Yoga Massage is a committed and knowledgeable practitioner who gives a suberbly effective and professional massage. As I sit on the computer many hours a day, I had neck and shoulder pain when I arrived. Yanti's careful work blended Acupressure, Deep tissue massage, and cranial sacral therapy. Yanti also worked to release pain in my abdominal region as she has extensive knowledge of Shiatsu abdominal hara work. I was pain free by the end of the session!

I enjoyed the tasteful, soothing atmosphere during my treatment and felt relaxed and nurtured when I left. I would recommend Yanti to any individual seeking effective pain management for injuries, or just excessively stressed and needing to push the re-set button to rebalance mind and body.
