Absolutely love this venue. The staff were extremely hospitable and accommodating. The rooms were exceptional. The area itself embodies a sense of relaxation and mindfulness. Loved my stay at Monarch Beach Resort!

Went for the Spa and Tea Time and was very memorable. The staff is very accommodating and super friendly! It was my first time going, the money was completely worth it, and it was such a relaxing day after a long work week.

5 nights of mediocrity. The only difference between this hotel and the Holiday inn is the view. Most staff couldn't care less about guests and failed to act when issues were brought to their attention. Shower temperature would fluctuate from luke warm to scalding hot without touching the knob. The towels feel like 200 grit sand paper. Bathroom sink would hardly drain. I pre-ordered room service to be delivered at 6:00 AM on my last day and when the time came they said they had no record of my order and didn't seem to understand why this was an issue. Great way to start a full day of travel. 0/10 would not go back.

Great respect hotel. Employees are very helpful and courteous! Is stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful location with beautiful views.

From the moment we arrived this hotel and its staff have been exceptional. Any desire is responded to immediately. I would recommemd this resort to amy of my friends. If you are questioning if you would like to come stay, the answer is yes. One negative... The self parking lot is small and full almost 100% of the time. Which forces you to pay for valet parking. On that bright side, it was only 5 dollars more a day for valet parking than self parking this weekend. Which in my opinion is worth every penny. Enjoy your stay. I know i have enjoyed mine.
