This is a time share property located right of ocean Blvd and Ocean in Dana Point, CA. The great part of staying here is the ability of looking at the ocean from the balcony. Also being able to BBQ looking at the ocean view, listening to the Ocean. Full function kitchen with a large living area, and large size TV, a couch which can be converted to a bed for 2 guests. The bedroom is located away towards the back where one can enjoy a noise free sleep. There are 2 pools, the one near the guest guest check in services and the other one at the end of the property. This recreation area offers a large swimming pool, a hot tub for non adults and also one for 18+ and adults. There is recreation room with a pool table a spacious seating area for viewing television. A desk for use of computer and being able to print. There is a location for playing ping pong and also a separate excersize room for the health enthusiastic. Alternatively you can just checkout a bicycle and go ride on the beach or a trip to Dana Point Harbor. In summary So much fun at such a great location.

I think the property was recently updated, so we stayed in the updated suites with an ocean view. It had a good amenities: LARGE walk-in shower, full kitchen (no oven), gas grill on the balcony. For being near a major street and railroad, the sounds we're fairly dampened. Close proximity to grocery stores if you want to stock your kitchen and save money from eating out every day. One negative is the single, SLOW elevator for all 4 floors. You may have multiple stops to get to your desired floor. Take the stairs if you're in a hurry! Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel and staff are lovely, warm, and very helpful. But, OMG... The Diamond Resorts Sales staff are the worst!! We had 2 days stay here for a vacation. We didn't get a room until after 4pm Thursday and then checkout at 10am Saturday. We went to their 55 minute sales presentation Friday morning at 8am and didn't get to leave until after 2pm. Six, yes 6, hours! Diamond Resorts did their best to ruin our vacation!! Go with caution!!!!

Room while a little smaller than expected is great for the location and the hospitality it provides. Being less than 15 minutes from so many opportunities, and right across from the beach cannot be beaten. Any question or request has either been answered or met.

It was very clean and nice. The service was good, and even let us borrow equipment for the beach. The rooms are a good size too. Overall it was a great experience.
