Love this hotel, and that it's pet friendly. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Always great breakfast. But this last stay, my mattress was so hard I couldn't sleep. I guess they got new mattresses. I not talking a little firm, I'm talking like sitting on a rock firm. My dogs blanket over the carpet felt softer. I would have given them 5 stars, but I'm deducting 2 for the mattress.

A really nice hotel with an excellent effort by staff to be as nice as possible. The breakfast is pretty much the standard BW breakfast, but staff keeps it well supplied and lets people get food even after the official end of breakfast. Rooms are very clean and renovated. Overall, a good value and nice stay.

The manager and front desk people are great and tried their best to make our stay great, but the quality for the price is unfortunately not there. And we had a parking pass, but when we got back, no more parking spot available. We had to park cross the street. So location is great, people are great, breakfast is okay, the room not that good (the tv remote barely worked,...) I give 3 stars because the manager and front desk were great to us. But I won't go back there, too expensive for what we got.

Excellent location with close proximity to the beach, very clean hotel with warm and friendly staff plus all hotel amenities were in good working order. One of the beds matresses seemed a little worn out and in need of replacement but nothing to stop a good night's rest.

The hotel is great over all. We have stayed at this hotel once before with a great experience. We only stayed the one night this time. Clean rooms and nice views. Nice breakfast with lots of options. I look forward to staying here again.
