Decent place to stay. Decor is dated but everything was clean. Beware, the receptionist in the morning called rudely 5 minutes after the check out time  to tell us that if we stay any longer we would be charged for another night. She was not professional nor polite about it

I've never stayed here, but having lived in Monterey and Pacific Grove for 20 years I've driven by countless times. And I am glad I finally took the opportunity to stay here. The room is quiet, comfortable has nice touches such as a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in room. This room is one of the fireplace rooms, which is real wood burning, kind of a nice touch. All in all will definitely stay here again.

You pay for location. Room wasn't that great. Although it was quiet. No screens on windows and ceiling fan had card board under the housing. Needs some renovations. Like I said you are paying for the location.

There was a fireplace in our hotel room so we bought some extra logs. The carbon monoxide detector went off once, but we cracked the window and that fixed the problem. The rooms were clean, the halls were clean, the parking lot was nice. I didn't hear any noises from other guests. I stayed at Wilkie's Inn last time I was in Pacific Grove and regretted it SO MUCH.

I was sapose to stay five nights we get our fourth night and they say it's time to check out!! I was so pissed!! The lady says your welcome to stay another night if you pay. The place was not what i expected when I arrived from the get go it's old and run down. The pool was sapose to be heated was freezing and the hot tub let's just say are you kidding me!!the microwave broke and the door jam was falling apart!! The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good but over all I would never stay here ever again!! Especially for what you pay!!
