Now this 5 star review isn't because the Motel is stop of the range and and the rooms are amazing.

However the staff are the most friendly we came across in our time in the US.  We even got a guided tour of the building (the vending machines are not to be missed).

Seriously though, the rooms were comfortable and the location is amazing, you are literally 10 steps from the ocean and you're stopping on  Lover's Point so what could be more romantic?

We would definitely stop here again!

This was my second time staying at Borgs! And I will stay there again. I will recommend this motel highly to anyone considering staying. The staff is friendly and the rooms are always very clean. Plus it is very reasonably priced to be right on the ocean.

This is a nice clean no frills motel. We absolutely loved how close it was to a big beautiful beach. Waking up. Grabbing coffee/cocoa walking across the street and watch the waves. Wonderful price.

Very basic very efficient but not fancy. If you pay for the front row the view is what you're going to get with a very basic room. Definitely adequate but not fancy

This is an old style hotel in a great location. Personally, I like the style of this place. It is an old California style. The rooms are simple. Everything is clean. This motel is a mile from the aquarium -- we really enjoy the walk; even my five year old daughter has no problem.
