I have not purchased many new cars in my life, but I am confident in the new vehicle I purchased thanks to the dedicated, honest, friendly staff at Day Apollo Subaru Moon. More specifically, Joe Birmingham, my sales representative demonstrated utmost respect for me as the consumer and toward the brand and model vehicle of my interest (Crosstreks). I had been shopping for a new vehicle for several months. I knew deep down that what I really wanted was a Subaru for their safety features and crash test ratings, but I couldn't settle on which model. Joe was very excited to comprehensively explain the features in their 2017 stock versus their new 2018's and remained patient over those several months while I called repeatedly to ask more questions until I felt certain I was making the right choice. Besides Joe's professionalism, I was also assisted by James and Tommy, as well as Marty, their sales manager. Instead of feeling like the pray to the car dealership wolves, hungry for another sale, they all displayed their respect and concern that I personally felt it was the right investment (they were even willing to let me wait for the color and interior I thought they wanted at the time to arrive in the indefinite future). (Side note, I've worked many years in the service and retail industry and know the kind of scrutiny many employees are under, but it was obvious, working with Joe and his support team that their mission is to make sure the customer is in the car that will best suit his or her lifestyle and needs.) I am grateful to Joe and his team. I don't suspect my new vehicle will ever need to be replaced, but when the time comes and our family is looking for a new car, I'm going back to them again and again. (Shout out to Kate and Steve too, in the finance department for their equally exciting respect for their work. I've never felt more comfortable closing on a car loan in my life.) Thank you all!

This was my first experience purchasing a Subaru from this dealership. I am happy to say the customer experience was top notch. They were particularly busy the day I made my purchase but I was kept informed of the timeline and all efforts were made to make sure I was comfortable during the wait. I did not anticipate purchasing during my initial visit but my salesperson ( Joe Birmingham) made me feel secure in my decision without exerting pressure. I highly recommend talking with Joe if you are considering a Subaru purchase in the near future!

I had a fantastic experience at Day Apollo Subaru! I visited many car dealerships and just couldn't quite find what I was looking for. This was my first "new" car and it had been about 10 years since I had to go through the car shopping process so I was a little indecisive and probably frustrating at times but Bryan (Bonham) was extremely helpful, very patient and did whatever he could to find me "the" car. He was great! Everyone was very welcoming and willing to help any way they could. I absolutely love my new car and will definitely visit Day Apollo in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Day Apollo. This was my first time buying a car and my sales rep, Brandon was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and also gave me several different options for comparison to ensure that I made the right choice. He answered all of my questions in language that I was able to understand and thoroughly explained each step of the process to eliminate any confusion. True to his promise, he made a follow up call several days later to make sure everything was going well and see if there were any questions or concerns that we had initially missed. I would highly recommend Day Apollo and Brandon to anyone seeking to buy a car.

Caitlin was extremely helpful and patient. Test driving my first manual car with her was definitely a rough experience with many stalls, but she helped me get a feel for the car and was very patient. She also was available to answer questions via email or text all of the time, even outside of business hours or on her off days. The dealership was able to find a car combination that was rare to find in dealerships, and made the whole process smooth. When I came to pick up the car I even already had a real license plate and inspections ready to go.
