Mr Wootton and Kevin and Jerry were so helpful to me with a printer problem that I had .I have never seen such good service and care in a store. I will definitely buy all my office supplies there. I'm 79 .I'm in a volunteer Ministry and I need help with technology and I found more help there than I have any place I've ever gone to .I definitely recommend Staples .I was at Staples Carmel Mountain San Diego.

On 12/24 I went to this store to return a wireless router I bought on 11/28. A young store staff was helping me with the process in a very smooth pace until it was interrupted by another bigger mid-age senior level staff. First he said I couldn't return the item because I didn't have my receipt printed out, and he refused to take the one I opened on my phone. When I asked if they can help me to printed it out, he told me to go to the copy center. Eventually when I come back to the counter, once again, he denied my return and told me it passed the two-week return period. I really thought you get 30-day return anywhere in these days. The whole process he acted like I was trying to take a big advantage. Anyways, that's not the of the story yet. This week my friend told me staples' holiday return policy. Apparently anything bought between 11/26 and Christmas can be returned before 1/15!! I called staples costumer service today and got it returned within 2 minutes!
