Diversity of furniture okay, very attentive staff. Too much price focused for our taste. Starting a conversation with explaining their price structure didn't feel right for us. Even we didn't find what we were looking for a 4star experience.

I was in the showroom on an extremely busy day. There were more customers than employees and I was still treated with attentiveness and even with the numerous people in the showroom, the employees still remembered my wife and I by first name. We were made to feel welcome and taken care of. Then the delivery.....the delivery of the furniture was impeccable. The furniture arrived ahead of the delivery date. On time, and the drivers went above and beyond. Exceeded every expectation and was extremely courteous. Went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. This is my first experience with mor, and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this company to anyone and everyone.

Jorge helped us decide on the mattress we purchased. He was extremely kind, patient and very detailed on his explanation when telling us about the mattresses. We give him a 5 star rating!

In addition, one of the managers, Kirk, helped us make some adjustments to one of our purchases. He had great customer service and helped us save a ton. The employees at this store are friendly and knowledgeable!  Thank you for making this process easy and bearable!

The representative who helped us understood that we had a budget and helped us find great furniture for prices we were looking for. Very helpful and understanding to our needs rather than trying to sell us top of the line and most expensive products. Love Mor!

When we walked through the front door we were greeted by Mario. Mario introduced himself and  explained where we would find the items we were looking for.
We started walking around and every so often Mario would come and check on us'  He was not at all intrusive or pushy, in fact I would say he was just perfect and we so appreciated him.  
We found the items we wanted and he then  took us  to the sales desk.  We had been offered a drink and a snack so we had sodas and sat with him while he figured everything out.  Mario was very quick and efficient, explained everything to us very well and we left your shop with a new chest of drawers and two bedside tables, a total of $1,000.00.
We cannot compliment you enough on Mario and his charming salesmanship!!
