My mom requested a change to her wedding ring shortly before Christmas. Ty was very accommodating with the design I had in mind and sent the ring off to the designer. Ty sent me the sketch of what the ring would look like all finished. When I picked it up, the ring took my breath away it was so beautiful! If you're in the market for jewelry, go see Ty at Newgate Mall Morgan Jewelers. You won't be disappointed!

Stay away, if you're a female. My wife just went down today to purchase a ring ($49) and the guy behind the counter required $40 on top of the purchase to size and provide warranty or just the $35 to size the ring. My wife asked for the first time purchase it was required to pay $35 to have it sized. He said yes. She politely said no thanks and walked out the store. In her frustration, she talked it over with a male friend who in-turn called the store directly and talked with a sales person who said there was no fee for sizing the ring during the initial purchase. This looks to be one of those scam scenarios where the seller is taking advantage of the female gender. Absolutely, it is. She went to the competition and they had the same ring for half the price and would not charge to have it sized. So, when you're looking for a ring, go somewhere else before going to Morgan Jewelers unless of course you're a male.

I found a ring on the website that I liked but it was at a store over an hour away, Zack Phillips the store manager drove down to get it for me to look at no questions asked. I fell in Love with the ring and my husband bought it for me. I finally received it back today after being sized and I couldn’t be any more happy with our purchase. Thanks Zach, you are such an amazing guy for doing this for me. You and your staff have my business for life!

I went to look for a Valentine's day gift with my son for his girlfriend and the sales clerk was so helpful and helped us find a great Valentine's day gift she'll love.

Mel was great! And we love the ring! He was so friendly and very helpful in finding us exactly the ring we wanted. We are so happy we found Morgan Jewelers!
