What a joke!  I have a malpractice case.  I called the #law number, no call back.  2 weeks went by, went online filled out form.  nearly a week passes finally, a call!  Well, they take the information, (continually interrupted me), then put me on hold so they could "evaluate" came back and said "we're not saying you don't have a case - I would contact another lawyer"...for the people?  My butt!  Ambulance chasers and only want easy cases.  Stay away, not worth it

I had to file for bankruptcy to prevent eviction after my attorney Jake Eby lied for 2 years and dragged my case on, then they replace him with an incompetent who believes they are entitled to $9000 from the measly proceeds that gives me not a dime for my suffering.  I was hit by a truck while riding my bike and ended up between the front tires acknowledged by both the driver and his son during depositions and they actually laughed on their way home.  I will never ride a bike again.     Morgan and Morgan won't take your case unless they see dollar signs, but they truly screwed me over.  I will NEVER ride a bicycle again.  I can't bowl, I can't throw a ball and I can't carry more than 5 pounds of groceries at a time.

Rob Hendricks and his staff at Morgan and Morgan in GA went above and beyond to assist me with my accident. I was truly impressed with the response time they took to answer every question/concern I had in dealing with my claim. Thank you so much.

Got hurt a few months ago and my case isn't going anywhere as far as I know. I call the case manager, Ms. Britian Singleton, and everytime I call I get her voicemail with no call back. I leave emails and no response. I only spoke with Attorney Levi one time and it was so brief. If my case isn't worth your time, at least give me the courtesy of telling me, not ignoring my every call and email. Worst experience ever, "For the People" huh.

My case was taken on with the knowledge of the VA denying my claim due to the loss of my Medical Records. 5 months into the appeal process my Attorney Sends me a letter, without a call, advising me they quit due to the VA losing my medical records. Correct me if I’m wrong but aren’t attorneys supposed to put up some type of a Fight for their client? All Hype and no Fight, Cowards. From this Vet to all Vets, please don’t waist your time.
