Great coffee. Clean. Quick service, although you might need to wait a extra few minutes during morning rush hours round 9-10:30am to get your drink. Super friendly staff. Great pert A Manger location.

Staff is very rude or racist  I don’t know or unless I was having a bad day - they charged me extra for a shot of caramel but my latte was bland. I just don’t understand what’s the need for such behaviors? I mean we are paying for the food/drinks. We aren’t expecting anything for free. And I mean it’s 6$ latte - not that it’s cheap anyway.

Had the app subscription in December. They removed themselves from the app for an entire week so no one could make app orders through them! Very shady when people pay for a month subscription expecting it to last the whole month.

Constantly RUDE! baristas.. probably get it from management. This is to the point i’m canceling my subscription. Floor and register staff ok .. Plenty of places around with better customer service.

Stopped for coffee. Quick service and good location near all office buildings.

The barista always skips the syrup and then argues that he did put it. The other locations are goodFood: 1/5

sandwiches are good, but they hardly have any left during lunchtime. drinks are very expensive for their size.

Hot Chocolate? More like milk froth with hint of chocolate. Had to throw it out after few sips. Bad experience.

Often three times a week  at Metrotech. Noticeable increase on the prices, reduce on the sandwiches size, fillings, soups’ amount and overall quality. The worst was the big piece of onion skin in the lentil soup, in the last week of April. That should NEVER happen anywhere, especially in a place that primes for freshness and artisan approach.

The staff changes frequently, some are nice and polite, some are distracted and often get my drink wrong.
