horrible to deal with!  Evelyn is the most unprofessional person i have ever met!  and why are they a blue oval? ford should be concerned. never been to a dealership with a cat bothering me the whole time!  definately not a blue oval. will be addressing this with ford.  i am a loyal ford owner and i would not pirchase anything from here. buyer beware.

found a vehicle i was planning on buying set an appointment and the day of the appointment they called and said they just sold it I was not impressed .
