I'm confident I can trust the advice and service I receive at Auffenberg. The service area staff are always professional, taking care to discuss what's needed now and in the future so I can budget accordingly. They also carefully explain the expected outcomes of performing maintenance on time versus postponement. My car has 175k+ and still performs like a dream! I'm an advocate for life! I'd also like to recognize the sales professionals who always stop by to say hello while I'm in the waiting area! Friendly and courteous goes a long way and I always recommend auffenberg Mazda to friends when car shopping!

As large as Auffenberg is they should be able to accommodate some support for service that takes more than 1hr. They r not located near anything in walking distance for food. They should either supply some snacks in the service department waiting room or give rides to a drop off location chosen by customer. I had to wait about 3 hrs for my vehicle to be completely serviced . Wouldn't of mind it so much if I had way to get to the mall or another store so I could kill time. It take me 1hr to get to the dealership on top of the time waiting to be serviced. Just saying it when be nice to get around and make the time I'm waiting useful.

Matt was the service agent initially providing services to me. Although new on the floor, he did a great job searching for my list of wants and needs in my new to me vehicle. He was successful in pairing me with what is now my family’s magnificent wheels of transportation. Roger closed the deal and shared the next steps. The awesome financial wizard in the NISSAN office got me the financing I needed to move ahead. The guy in the Mazda parts department was supportive in helping me reset the change oil light  that was on. This was my first big decision since becoming a widow in April. The team made the process an easy one for me. Thanks

Ben Mcneill was able to get me the exact car I was looking for at an amazing price.  After dealing with a few other Mazda dealers in the area, I felt much more comfortable working with Ben at Auffenberg.  Others were unwilling to find the vehicle I wanted, but he had one delivered and ready for pickup the day after my request.

No gimmicks, no gotchas, and no pressure.  He thoroughly explained the price to me (rebates, taxes, etc.) and we came to an agreement on a great price.  The entire process was completely transparent, and there were no unwanted surprises at the end.  The financing team was just as helpful and honest.

I walked in the door just after 10am and was out by 12:15pm.  Can't say enough about how pleasant of an experience I had here, and I will be recommending Ben at Auffenberg to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

Son bought a car on 12-26-17, was dead on the side of the highway 65 miles later that day. Took hours for them to tow it back to the dealer AFTER they told us to have It towed to a mechanic and they would reimburse us any costs. He just bought the car so he had no more money to spend. They finally called a tow service to have It towed back to dealer. They gave him a rental car while they worked on the vehicle. For one week. New Years is approaching, but no one will call us or answer the phone. The manager or the sales person.
It's now 3pm on 12-29 and we were due a call at noon. We tried calling and they keep telling us they're too busy to answer our calls.
