After years of haggling and pressure from a large, locally owned "auto mall", I decided enough was enough and graced Enterprise's lot for me new car. Their no-pressure-customer-first approach is exactly what I was looking for. I had no idea car buying could be such a treat! That was 3 years ago. More recently, I needed another car. Without question, I returned to Enterprise. I'm delighted to report, nothing has changed. Customer service is way outstanding.

Ta'Tianna could not be more personable and understanding. She listened to all my concerns and focused on my requests. After several test drives, settling on a car and taking it home, I decided it wasn't for me and returned it a couple days later. (Thanks to their superior 7-day return policy.) Without hesitation, Ta'Tianna scheduled me for another test drive and I found the perfect car for me!

Plus, with their extended warranty packages, you just can't lose!

Thanks, Enterprise, for showing the car sales world how it's done! I know I'll be back for my next vehicle purchase.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Enterprise, as I have a few other times in the past. In my opinion they are second to none. It's a professionally run organization and it shows in all that they do.  Thank you to Steve and Dan at the Glen Carbon location!

Best place to buy a newer used car. My first car purchase was made through Enterprise Car Sales at this location. Very happy with my car and customer service at this location.  I was also given a great trade in amount for my car. Thank you Terrance and Phillip!!!

I recently purchased a 2017 vehicle from Enterprise in Glen Carbon, IL. And I must say a special thanks to Terrance and the manager Philip! My credit isn't the greatest. Actually it's not so good. But they got me approved and I was able to drive off in my new car! No more bus for me and my daughters! In extremely grateful. Thanks Enterprise ❤

The staff was very helpful, and this is the second car we got from enterprise, and in the future I will buy again.  I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a car.
