If I could do negative stars here i would.  The manager, Ken, could be the worst human being on the planet.  My grandmother fell on the floor and we asked to borrow a chair from the office to help get her up. Ken refused and said that no chairs were allowed in the room.  We went and bought a chair and were able to get her up.  We called corporate and Ken flat out lied and said he was coming over to see how he could assist.  He lied!!! Crazy, then he told us we were no longer welcome and if we tried to come again he would call the police and fine us  $10,000 because we had too many people in the room! Does he honestly think I would be there if my grandmother had not been stuck on the floor.  This man should be fired.

Negatives: Hot water wasn't. 👎 Water pressure wasn't.👎 No hair dryer or notice they had them at the front desk.👎 Doggie area had containers for but no doggie bags. Glad I always have my own.👎 Positives: Room is clean👍 Room rate was good👍 Couldn't hear Hwy 99 from our room at the back. 👍 Pet friendly (They check your room every day for possible damage) 👍 Staff is attentive and friendly 👍

Okay first the place looked a little rundown when we got there. Even caution tape outside. However, that was due to some construction, so this place was like the saying “don’t judge a book by it cover”. The room was updated completely. Clean and served our purpose. We were there to play soccer. We were quite comfortable and it was only a couple miles from the bay too. Our first impression was excellence service from the front desk staff. Both ladies took care of us and were extremely delightful. I am not going to ding any points/rating for the outside since it is a work in progress.

WiFi was not free but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Maybe a coffee pot in each room or small microwave. Nothing to drastic.

I asked for a quiet side of the motel. The guy at the reception gave me a room with opposite qualities; on the street side instead of the back side. I did a walkaround of the property and I saw the back side of the motel, I asked the young lady to switch the room for me and she gladly did. That fellow at the front desk who totally ignored my request should not be on a job that he was assigned to.

This place literally has NO HOT WATER complete rip off I waa freezing cold and PISSED... at least have hot water and i was harassed about my second guest and told I wasn't allowed visitors but the old couple who checked in before me wasn't told no visitors I was shocked think i was stereotyped as a prostitute because I am young and good looking..  WASTE OF MONEY..
