I appreciated the call from the front desk about an hour after we checked in to inquire as to my satisfaction of the room accommodations. I thanked them for the call and that I was pleased. The room was clean and smelled nice which is often overlooked at even 4/5 star hotels. A returned smile from the housekeepers would be advantageous to the motel 6 atmosphere. The fire alarms went off at 11:30 pm and many guests were all standing outside wondering if there was a fire. We all felt that the fire department was very slow in responding. We were pleased that it was a false alarm, but would have appreciated being notified by the motel, by phone if not in person, not by other guests. The next day as we were loading our car, the manager was walking by and asked how our stay was. We told him we were very pleased. Apparently the air conditioner are turned off and switched to heat which makes for a warm room, so the room got a 9 rating.The front desk could smile and be more welcoming, but I still gave them a 9 rating

This location was by far the cleanest and best room condition I have used. The front office staff was friendly and when I expressed concern about something in my room the seemed genuinely upset about the issue. They were quick to say my concern would be addressed with the appropriate staff and were very apologetic about the situation. I loved the location, easy on and off the freeway with restaurants as well as fast food within a block of the motel. I would definitely stay at this location again if I am in the area.

Our stay at Motel 6 was quite the blessing. We traveled from Spokane to Seattle for an event; we left promptly after I got off from work. After traveling for almost 6 hours, that hotel was our salvation. The rate was as expected; summer/weekend rates applied were still cheaper than any other hotel chain in the Seattle area. The staff was friendly as I checked in for the evening. We got to our room and it was cool and inviting. Parking was a bit of a challenge, but that was okay. That shower felt good and the bed felt even better. Our stay was as we expected; quiet, restful and inexpensive.

Amazing stay! The night audit clerk was so helpful and friendly he made my stay feel like a VIP stay! Morning staff was also super nice! I will be staying with u guys every time I come to Seattle from Canada!

The motel room was clean. There was no problem with supplies. There were no leaks in the plumbing. The TV worked fine. The bed was comfortable. I only have two complaints: 1) the neighbors from a nearby room left about 1:30 am and were hollering, inconsiderate of those of us who needed our sleep. I was in Room 218. Not sure where the noise came from but running along the balcony also kept me awake. 2) I made my reservation online and was quoted a price of $84.96. When I checked in, a $1 tourist tax was added on. It would be nice in the future if the online reservations would give me the correct amount. Luckily it wasn't $100, or I might not have had enough money.
