This is was really bad experience in my life with motel. I'm travel a lot and rent room in motel, it's a part of my job. I'm truck-trailer driver. This motel dirty, heater not really worm, lamp not work 3 of 4 total, breakfast just coffee and donuts, towel....not recommend dry your body!!! And all this you got for $102!!!!!! Are you guys OK?????? I stoped at least in 200 different motels. But for $60-75 you have clean room, breakfast looks like lunch, good smell, clean bathroom stuff, and clean bed. You guy's have to awake up and do some changes for get good reviews. Thank you! I'll never stop there anymore. Prefer sleep on the street, it's more clean and comfortable!

$350. Unauthorized fraudulent charges. My husband and I got the economy room which did not come with microwave, or fridge. We checked out an hour late told everything was ok. 8pm meaning 8 hrs later I go to get another room card declined I view bank statement see two charges 150 and 200. My husband calls she says she can't give me contact info to mgmt. I will contact corporate and do back ground check get info on them. They lied stating I smoked because I am a NON smoker with medical records to prove it. I asked why she immed says I said no smoking aloud untrue I will be subpoena for video coverage when we check in to see she never ever informed us of this all she did was talk about her trip to San Diego. Some rooms had no smoking on them amd the room to ours didn't have a sign on door before walking in..my husband and I just git back now from driving back to the hotel walking to the room u was in and snapping a photo where it doesn't have a sticker saying no smoking and snapping pictures where other not all but other rooms dont have the sticker no smoking. I will file unautjorized charges and sue in court. Contact BBB Chamber of Commerce, corporate, etc. I have blood clot in foot cellulitis, lupus and kidney issues and this theft has left me in the cold out on street tonight stealing my money is one thing accusing me of smoking when I have medical documentation to back up something I simply didn't do is another. I will not let this go. U have video coverage produce where you informed me omf the things just wasn't done.. DONT COME HERE THIS HOTEL CHAIN. STEALS YOUR MONEY. TGERE IS A REAON THEY ARE NOT FULL AND MOSTLY EMPTY. SCAM SHOSTER DIRTY BUSINESS .... THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS .

No coffee maker.no phone in room.pool is broken no trash cans outside.under construction.all downstairs rooms closed.over all cost too much for what they offer. and also not pet friendly.

I use to work here and the owner Ms Kim is crazy and Jessica the manager is a heroin addict who is fresh out of prison and runs scams on the side out of the motelThe owner at my hotel follows no.policies what's so ever, she has rules posted in the lobby but don't follow them, she discriminates against people by race, disabilities, and anything else she can use against them to extort money out of them with...she has a drawer with the keys marked by the type of people she wants in those rooms, there's even one that is designated for "black people", she harasses her employees constantly and makes up reasons to keep people's deposits everyday...nobody ever gets their $100 deposit back...she makes us raise the rates if you look like a drug user or drug dealer then she kicks you out after you pay..And keeps your deposits...she doesnt allow kids or service animals here, which is against the law.. She sends Direct Bills to companies and over charges them...if you have any company she stalks your room and takes pix of you and all your company, she has all cars towed if they're not registered even during "visiting hours"... The list goes on and on and on...I was trained in hospitality and I can't go along with this treatment of people, even for a paycheck.. Oh yeah she pays the housekeeping $10 to take guests keys and then charges the guest $50 for losing the key. I draw the line
